The director of the company is a citizen of Canada and he has roots in India. He is a member in good standing with The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants and an active member of Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana High Court, India.

Moreover, Amarjit Muker has been working as an Immigration consultant with expertise in student visa, supervisa, and tourist visa applications. In addition, he represents clients for spousal sponsorship applications. He is affiliated with a number of Canadian post secondary institutes for recruiting students from overseas. Likewise, the Attorney General of the Province of Ontario, Canada has appointed him Commissioner for taking oaths and affidavits.

Also, The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants certificate authorizes him to represent clients dealing with Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) for a fee in any matter pertaining to Labour Market Impact Assessment(LMIA).

Furthermore, Amarjit Muker did his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Pune University, India and successfully completed his certification in Immigration Consultancy studies with honours and also diploma in Paralegal studies from Humber College, Toronto, ON. Canada. He gracefully served with Indian Air Force in the capacity of a supervisor for more than 15 years and also worked as a student counsel with a post secondary engineering institute for about five years.
